Magic Chef Oven heats to 450 degrees regardless of setting

I'm suspecting that the gas valve for the oven is likely borked, but my problem is two fold. 1.) The pilot will not stay lit unless I light it and then hold it in while starting the burner. 2.) ...

Yes sound like it be careful propane is nothing to mess with you might want check your regulator on the propane tanks first,but you should get it checked out I would hate to see ya blow up the camper.
