Magnum Inverter
Anybody mounted these upside down it said it could be done in the manual. If so can you show pictures.

I think you are mis-interpreting that, as it probably requires a 6" space above the unit, regardless of which way it is mounted.
Mounting it upside down then would require a 6" clearance above the "bottom".
it is 6" around the intake and exhaust. " Allow at the minimum, an airspace clearance of 6” at the intake and exhaust vents and 3” everywhere else to provide adequate ventilation." vents are on 3 sides
