Making AC filters yourself?
My roof air has two long intakes on the bottom of the unit. The foam sponge is worn out and has a big hole in it - hence it doesn't filter the air. Wondering if there are any creative self-cut filte...

Wallyworld or most any big box store will have foam filters for window A/C's, just use scissors to trim to size. :)
