A plain old vee block (easy enough to cut out of a bit of scrap wood on a table saw) and one or two clamps, along with carefully lining things up by eye, has been sufficiently accurate for my needs thus far. This technique is probably a little bit more reliably accurate, or at least a little easier to set up precisely.
