The problem you have with trying to run the furnace fan motor is this. Once you activate the fan motor on the furnace, it is going to light the burner. Now to try and disengage the LP lighting system of the furnace and by doing that you will be bypassing some of the SAFETY controls on the furnace, which is not a good idea. The fan is controlled by the Ignition module and after NO light, if you do succeed in bypassing the LP controls will shut the fan OFF after 3 light trys and lock out the fan motor. Doug
