I tried the 60 cell panel on a 24v bank. The voltage got to 30v and stalled there (needs a 72 cell panel to go higher in voltage) but that 30v is 15 at "12v" so over the 14.8v spec ok. So 30v will recharge a 24v bank, just not be able to do an overcharge.
