If your specs are correct, there is no reason it will not work. The limit on the power supply is 500W, so just divide that by the output voltage yo adjust it to and you will have a good idea of the amperage.
To properly charge a lead acid battery, you are going to need about 2.45V/cell or abut 29.5. 32V input is very close to that !
