EP Solar MPPT - which one?
If it's 30A, then it will cut everything over 30A off - the more you overload it, the more it will overheat, but with MPPT it's usually not an instant smoke and flame, but rather an accelerated wear, nobody knows how much sooner.
Minnie can output (you are saying) 700W, this is less than 30A@24V. Even when batteries draw 700w AND they are hungry, at 12.3V (24.6V in your case) it will be just 28A. Likely - less, due to internal controller losses. No problem for 30A MPPT.
If it's 20A MPPT - don't know.
