To properly charge a lead acid battery, you are going to need about 2.45V/cell or abut 29.5. 32V input is very close to that !
I've actually seen the Meanwell put out 700W according to the inverter feeding it. But with 90% efficiency and a setting of 32.5V, that should by around 20A max. The EpSolar should be able to handle that.
