Minnie can output (you are saying) 700W, this is less than 30A@24V. Way less, considering that when batteries draw 700w because they are hungry, the voltage is ~30V. I don't see any problem for 30A MPPT.

The EPSOlar is the 20A version feeding a 24V battery bank. If I crank up the Meanwell V to its max of 32.5V, it might still be ok.
Got lots of solar (>1000W) but this mppt controller is for the portable panels, so not being used when 120VAC is avail.
