Mex, your setup is not very common. Campers don't play with soldering wire over a weekend, they play with TV and laptop, this is less than 200W altogether.
OTH, a fulltimer would want a microwave, a good vacuum and other things requiring way more than 400W.
360 watt refrigerator must be LP fridge in 110V mode, a bit unusual scenario.
