The solar calculator at that page require you to know how many watts you use per day. That is what we are trying to find out.

solar spreadsheet by N8GSIf you use a kill-a-watt to record the energy used, then a lot of guess work may be eliminated. For example, how many minutes do you actually use the water pump in a 24 time frame? Is that a typical answer?
By the way, the calculator you recommend suggests I need 3400 amp-hours of battery bank and 34 250 watt panels. I'm afraid that won't be happening any time soon.
