CAREFUL!
You are screwing with my patent pending BORG design.
Yeah I did send an email to T Greenburg and Associates the same firm I hired to represent me in case the pulse charger design ever became valid. This is a pie-in-the-sky hope that someone will have to purchase the concept. Fat chance.
Anyway to make myself useful here.
You need to find a surplus store, an electronics salvage yard, whatever, to root through their rejects and find a hugely ventilated case. Strip the chassis. Many times the end plates are garbage with weird holes. Sheet metal and rivet over top to get a fresh slate. Look on eBay for 3/4" compression plastic strain reliefs. About right for charger cables and power cord.
I paid strict attention to what Salvo wrote and the hair on the back of my neck stood up on end. Keep the pot leads away from AC radiation sources. I am going to do as I wrote before and use shielded twin 20 gauge pairs. The pots are metal not plastic so the shells will see earth ground through the chassis. The BORG is getting more AC line suppression than an ICBM silo.
