You may want to revisit your numbers.
Should be minimal voltage drop between the service connection point and the main breaker. This normally handled by the utility with changing of taps in the transformer. Around Washington normally 1%.
5% voltage drop on branch circuits
3% voltage drop on feeder circuits.
Connection an RV receptacle(dedicated) is a feeder circuit.
