Don't expect an answer since what you quoted is basically HOOEY to put it nicely IMO. That poster doens't even know as you correctly stated supply voltages are typically listed at 120 and consumption/appliances are often listed at 115 and the DOMETIC A/Cs clearly state they are 115V units so all these folks throwing out this 120V number and somehow using that are also putting out BUM INFORMATION.
Thanks for the Coleman reference number and FWIW I believe those voltages are at the actual electrical junction in the A/C for reference which we seldom monitor or measure. However, barring any issues I would think it would be within about .5 volt of the pedestal or outlet readings in the trailer.
