By the way have you checked the Hz?? being 60 hz is more important then the voltage.
I would not run anything in the camper. As well as some things in the home...Motors and such will fail sooner being subject to low voltage.
Not correct. Power companys have changed from the old "Y" 3 phase power distribution system to a "Delta" system with an "unbalanced" leg/phase for "legacy" power requirements.
If the A/C motor runs on 102 Volts, of even as low as 90 volts, it will be fine. The critical matter is compressor motor start up power and commercial power distribution systems have an infinite supply of that, relative to say, a 3000W genset.
