Six months difference in age and normal light usage in that time is trivial wrt the don't mix different ages rule.
If the 27s are starting/deep cycle then although the AH may come out the same for four of them, the 6s will stand up better for deep cycling RV use. There aren't many 12v deep cycle batts to chose from.
You can do all sorts of things. New sealed starting batt in the second compartment and go four 6s or four 12s. Or two existing 12s and two new 6s.
Using one of the 27s as the starting battery and three as house (just how much more house AH capacity do you need?) you could get two more 12s or two 6s. What you can't do of course is have one 12 and three 6s in there :)
People also stuff batteries into the main cargo bays (in vented boxes is proper) and rig up some wiring, or weld new racks outside for batteries here and there, so you may have other options like that too.
