¿Smart Phone?

I'm lucky if I can get cellphone bars. No landline telephones because the local microwave tower ran out of bandwidth, therefore zero Wi-fi, and no hard line connections to an ISP.

I was thinking of a way to take images of print matter and comparing the readability using different lighting.
