I've used heatsinks from Heatsink USA and have been pretty happy with the quality and price. They are usually able to supply sinks in limited quantity cheaper (50%) than other vendors I've used.

For Gordon-
If I could ask, where are you sourcing your driver boards? I sometimes have need for boards (mostly for other applications than LED drivers) and am looking at options. TIA.
