Looks good. You might size your water tank closer to the size of your grey tank. 30 gal vs 18 gal. I can store some extra motor oil, bug spray, and such under the drivers seat. Also see what you can stash in the engine compartment, I have a little box for a funnel, some rags and extra fluids. Be sure to keep your fresh water hose separate from your sewer hose. I know you are only dumping grey water, but it can still be yuck. You could use a smaller hose for the drain. No solids. Look at hanging some pvc pipe under the van for that storage.
