Mounting Flanges for Ladder

Question

I have some roof repairs to do and need to remove the ladder to do it. I would like to replace the mounting flanges while I am at it. Does anyone know where I could find a couple of them? I have not seen any listed anywhere. Thanks for any suggestions.
