600 volts is pretty standard system rating for panels and MC4 cables.
Controller will also have a maximum input voltage rating. My Morningstar will disconnect if panels get over 150 volts.
Four panels in series Voc at 37.4 will be approaching 149.6 volts on the controller as the battery tops off. And a bit higher in cold temperatures.
I would be a little close for comfort on a 150v rated controller.
