MPPT controller - voltage sensing without separate wires?

Soon to be released MPPT 3048 will have battery voltage sensing wires optional. Before they were standard. Now it is supposed to sense the battery voltage through main terminal cables, if I'm correct....

For me to consider your statement anything other than an off the wall remark

I guess I am happy if that is the only thing from the past several posts you can pick on - I expected something sooner
