MPPT Solar Controller Driveway Test

First, I need to revise my connections from
SA -> fuse1 -> TPA -> fuse2 -> MPPT -> AGM -> MMS
to
SA -> sw1 -> TPA -> sw2 -> MPPT -> AGM -> MMS.
While I do have fuses, they are there to be used as switches during the testing. Therefor, sw1 allows solar output to reach TPA and sw2 allows TPA to pass solar output to MPPT.
Test#1 went well. I set sw1 on at 6:19 and started recording at 6:20. At ~24min into the run I began to set sw2 on/off to check for Amps.
Below is a log taken from the 54min video.

TPA does not report lower that ~0.11A. I can see Volts drop at 24min.
'sw2 on' is only long enough to take a reading, otherwise off.
