Flat mounted and tilted to the north panels won't produce maximum power at noon. Power wise just over an hour of run time, however with the heavy draw on a single battery the inverter may shut down earlier.
What is the purpose of the extensive Voc testing?
I would not use an expensive A/C with it's motor and compressor to draw down the battery. Ceramic heaters come in different sizes and power settings with little chance of any electrical problems and you can adjust the load.
