The 0.00A readings were with sw2 off. This means that I was testing Voc because no current was allowed to pass to MPPT. The only current present was the self-consumption of the TPA.
Instead of mostly sunny, I was greeted with an overcast/broken-clouds sky this AM. I ran Test#1 anyway. Did the clouds delay the Volts rise?
'Sunny' appears again in the forecast for Wed and Thu. I plan to rerun the tests when I get sunny.
