I was able to run Test#3 on June 4:
The objective was to observe the function of the panel array and the MPPT.
The setup: SA - sw1 - TPA - sw2 - MPPT - AGM - MMS - 117W draw.
The 117W draw kept the Vbat low enough to keep the MPPT in bulk stage.
The test began at 8AM and data was logged hourly:
Obs IRTemp TPA TPAHourlyHourlyHourly
Hour Panel Ahs Whs Ahs Whs Vmp
9 94 2.287 74.7 2.287 74.7 32.66
10 107 4.677 148.6 2.39 73.9 30.92
11 119 8.271 256.3 3.594 107.7 29.97
12 132 12.425 375.5 4.154 119.2 28.7
13 132 16.433 489.2 4.008 113.7 28.37
14 138 20.984 618.5 4.551 129.3 28.41
15 136 25.301 741.7 4.317 123.2 28.54
16 130 28.29 825.5 2.989 83.8 28.04
Re the battery, at 9 it was 12.52V and at 16 it was 12.21V. What was curious was that Vbat did not increase between 15 and 16 when the Panel's Watts were greater than the 117W draw.
The Sunrise test#1 will be delayed because there is now a tree that blocks direct sunlight until about 7:15AM. If the Sun doesn't clear the tree before the end of June, I will be on a drive-about in the PNW! :)
P.S. Here is the above data in .CSV format in case you want to paste it into a spreadsheet.
