Nice setup. We run a 840W 6 panel array with a Tri-Star MPPT controller and love it. Our panels are mounted with large thumb screws at the corners so we can raise them on any of 4 axes to get top sun radiation. Our panels are overrated for the controller so we get better output with low sunlight input, but you can only do that with an MPPT controller. A Tri-Star PWM will blow if you deliver too much power from the panels.
