My A/C is to old and they don't make replacement capacitors?

MY 1997 Damon Intruder 32 FT class A had the rear A/C unit stop working. It doesn't come on but the fan function works fine. I think the start capacitor has failed. Every shop wants to sell me a new A...

They still make 'em they just dont' make 'em for Coleman any more

As someone said look at what is printed Here are some things to consider

It will show a capacity (Farads or to be more precise Microfarads may say uF)

it will show a Voltage

Get one with AT LEAST that voltage, but not more than 2x the voltage

and try to get w2ithn 10% on the uF.. 20% should work but 10% is better.

Also check to see if a "Soft Start" kit is made for that unit... It will work too.
