Just go to a movie or something while it is off to thaw out, then come back and turn it on. If it still does not blow cold air then I would get up there and look at the back side of the condenser fins or search for a tech to come out and give it a look. Often you can see up in there from the bottom and see the fins too.

IMHO this is the best advice. I also suspect it's frozen.

Have to agree with Rockhill on this one. No matter if its as simple as a capacitor or if he has power or total replacement needs, the mobile tech for finding out what the problem is if the OP is not mechanically inclined makes the most sense. My guess, and this is nothing but a guess would be the Cap, or loss of 12 volt, but again if the OP is not someone who does his own mods and repairs, he is eventually going to have to have someone check it anyway, so bite the bullet.

Doubt it frozen up..."the fan blows but not cold at all." but it does not cost anything to try just running the fan to see if the air flow increases.

A hard starting compressor will let you know loud and clear when it cannot start. The lights will dim and you will likely hear a groan from the roof. I agree on the icing. We've had a couple of transmitter sites ice up in San Jose. Places we've not had this issue for years

No one's mentioned low AC voltage.

This might be too simple, but have you cleaned or changed your filter? That can cause lots of problems.

I've been full timing for over 8 years now. I've used Mobile Repair numerous times in many different states. There has not been one Mobile Repair guy that has ever charged me $100/hour!! :C

In most cases repairs are not an option. If he has dirty coils, I apologize as I consider this a normal maintenance item but maybe I should not. At $100/hour to have a mobile RV repair person come out you can waste a lot of money finding out you need a replacement or you could save all of that money and spend the $700-$1000 to get A/C in your RV tonight. I guess a lot of this depends upon your situation. I am living in my RV and I cannot sleep tonight when it's 80+ degrees in the coach. If you can, God bless you. I need cool and the DW REALLY needs cool. If you can go to a hotel for a few nights your options can be vastly expanded.
