REe the "Pulled the plug and the battery was still at 60%" (Lithium)

The full charge voltage is a bit higher than the 90% but the 90% is only a bit higher than the 9% then they drop like a stone
Right now I'm listening to a digital radio
Regular FM as you get farther and farther away from teh transmitter the signal, like a lead acid battery is 5-4-3-2-1-0
