My frame goes tingle, tingle, tingle - How to find a short
I just noticed today that I am getting a small shock with touching my 5er frame. Any troubleshooting steps I can take to find out what/where my short is? Thanks

That's referred to as a "hot skin" problem. Google it to find lots of info. (jbarry's links have good info). Up to 20% of RV owners have seen it, so it's not uncommon. It could be a broken ground. It could be a reversed polarity wiring. It can be very dangerous. Either of those problems will show up with a simple AC tester. As to how to find it, start by finding out if it's at the pedestal. If not, then work your way through the various circuits.
