My frame goes tingle, tingle, tingle - How to find a short

I just noticed today that I am getting a small shock with touching my 5er frame. Any troubleshooting steps I can take to find out what/where my short is? Thanks

Checked the power source and it had an open ground. Fixed, thanks!
