These have a regulator, that protects the LEDs from overvoltage conditions but many people have reported that a regulator causes interference on their TV and other radio equipment. The color temperature is 5000 deg K (white light). Many people prefer the warm white (3000 deg K).
At $22 I can't see the advantage over the 36 LED panel in the OP at $4.88. If you do decide on these, buy one to see if you like it, before spending several hundred dollars to change all your lights to LEDs.
