No consensus yet, but I think the most votes go to the <$5 panels in the OP. Besides the sweet price, there is no RFI emitted from these. Many of us have these now and there are few, if any reports of problems. In the OP, there is a link to some testing done.
When bulb-types are the order, I also like your 18 LED units.
As for color, it depends on the look you want. "Warm whites" are the closest to incandescent, which is what we're all used to in our rigs as well as our homes. In fact, the fluorescent bulbs in our house are of the 3200K-type and no one can tell the difference. I put them in the coach lights out on the front of the house too. Again... no difference.
However, a few of my neighbors have the standard 6500K bulbs in their front coach lights and they look terrible.
6500K is the closest to the sun, but that doesn't mean those bulbs look good at nighttime.
Also... my rig is an oldie. It's an old camper, really. It just doesn't look right with super bright, stale 6500K lighting. The Warm white LEDs are just much more soothing.
That said...
For 5 bucks a panel, get a couple different color types and try 'em out! That's what I did... hence the OP.
Good luck!
