Hi All.
First off I am not knocking you or your choice of LED Lights. This is just based on RV'ers in general. Why would anyone, want to spend this amouunt for LED Lights, when you can basically get the same kind of LED Lights, that last probably just as long, for a much, much, much cheaper price. I bought 30 ea of the 36 BA15's Bases for a total of only $134.70. 30 ea of this LED Lights that you posted would have cost me a total of $658 dollars. That is one very big differance in prices. We have had our 36 BA15'sLED Lights for some time now, and haven't lost a signal LED yet, let alone an entire board of 36 lEDs. In general we have bee using LED Lights Bulbs of different brands for over 8 years now, and haven't lost one yet. And we have never even come close to those listed prices, even years ago. Yes, the Sticky Back on our 36 LED Light Bulbs do fall down once in a while, espically on very hot days. The LED Lights put out almost no heat what so ever. For a while I would just push and stick the 36 lED Board back up into the fixture. Which wasn't very often anyways. But I did a permanate fix to ours. I just put a Tad of Silicone in the base and re-stuck the 36 LED Board back into to place. Now they don't ever fall down. And if, and who knows how long that might be, it will be very easy to get the 36 LED Base back off very easily. As I said earlier, the ones that we bought are even cheaper now, then when we bought them. Yes, the ones that you listed might have a Lifetime Warranty, if you want to pay that kind of price for them. Our 36 lED Lighs say they will last a Min of 50,000 plus hours. And for what we paid for ours, we can buy a heck of a lot of replacement lights with the money that we saved. We even replaced all the lights in our Motorhomes Storage Compartments also. We are extreamly pleased with the ones that we bought. In Color of the Lighting, their coolness, and the super low power usage. They sure are easy on an RV'ers Battery Bank, espically if your a Boondocked as we are. One thing is for sure, LED Lights have come way down in prices from some suppliers. Some suppliers are still trying to get as much as they can for thiers. Just our 2 cents worth. Good Luck. Happy Travels. Dan & Jill
