I Googled "9019 lamp" and came up with a 20 watt G4 base. The G4 looks like 2 wires sticking out the bottom of the bulb. I found 2 LEDs that might be a good replacement.
This one Does not have a regulator, while
this second one does have a regulator. The regulator makes the bulb less susceptible to damage by voltage spikes but may cause RFI.
Please note that I have no first hand experience with these bulbs, I only did an online search. If I were in your shoes I would buy one and try it before ordering more. But first I would look at the existing bulb to make sure the base is the same as the LED bulbs.
Almost forgot, I also found a 9019 bulb that is a 130V bulb so make sure that your bulbs are 12V bulbs.
