I would think it would be just the opposite
1141 approx 264 Lums
1156 approx 402 Lums

What is the difference when sellers on Ebay reference
36-1210 SMD & 36-5050 SMD (I understand the 36 is the number of LEDs on the panel)
You almost answered your own questions there.
Each, individual 5050 is brighter than each 1210 SMD LED. Off hand I want to say about twice as bright, but feel free to google that for us.

Of course the panels I was commenting on were 36-1210 and 24-5050. I haven't seen any 36-5050 panels yet, myself. Have you?
