The metrics quoted on those panels equate to ~2.6" x 1.7".
Just by looking at your fixture, I'm pretty sure they will fit. But don't take my word for it. Measure twice, order once!
Thy usually come with a sticky pad on the back. But they don't always hold. Some in this thread have reported adding a dab of rubber cement. Like all things, they will fail eventually. As long as you mount them in such a way that they can be easily replaced.
