Sorry they didn't work out for ya'. Is it safe to ASSume that the voltage was below 15?
I have purchased 18 (36) SMD led panels from 2011_led on ebay and have yet to have an issue, Have had them for over a year and they work great.
With that being said, I did order wrong and sent them an email requesting to purchase the correct base, They sent me all bases at no charge or shipping.
I am sure they will take care of you if you notify them. I trust them and don't plan on bashing them on a forum setting!!
