FYI: I have been posting updates for those of us who have already read the OP below. For anyone new to the thread, it might be best to skip down below all of these updates, read the body of the post...

So what do you all recommend ... the panels or the regular full cob style bulb???
Still trying to figure out what route to go on that. (FYI - can't buy the cheapy $2 LED's since that is BA9S and I need a BA15S bulb)
Plus wanting to find out if I went with the panel or bulb ... what LED and size combination would match the light output of a regular 1141 bulb?????
That is why I have not yet moved forward ... not sure on which one (though I am leaning towards the full bulb and not the panel ... no need for panel and mounting if I can get the bulb style to give me the same light output).
But the big question for me and the reason they are not purchased yet is ... What Bulb (style / Qty. of LED's / LED Size combination gives me the exact lumens that a 1141 bulb does?
1. If I get a panel are the 36-1210 more normal 1141 light then the 48-1210
2. If I get the regular bulb style (which really is only in 5050) should I get a 18 / 24/ or even a 30 to match the light output of a 1141 bulb?
3. why use a panel style over a regular bulb style and visa versa?
Also to this is where and what I am currently looking at ...........

The lumens that are stated on some auctions are the same for other panels etc. etc. .... nothing is consistent.
Do the 1210's take lees amperage then the 5050's? (does say a 36-1210 take less power to run then a 24-5050?)

What panel is about the equivalent of a 1141 bulb?
Now there are the regular bulbs with socket ... seems these are more often then not "5050" LED's ... Though these may not be as bright since they are directional and not a panel that have all LED's facing one direction (that's why I think though they have to be stuck to the fixture they produce more direct light as opposed to the regular bulbs. What is your thoughts on this?
