My speaker is leaking... ???? Huh?

So I walk into my bedroom and step on the carpet, and Ack! Wet foot! Huh?
I know I made it to the bathroom the night before! :B

Big wet spot on the floor. First thing I do is look up to see whats there.

A speaker. Hmmmm. and I look closer and there is water dripping out of the speaker, not much but it is there.

But only one speaker. Not all 4, or anything else, just the one speaker.

What the heck is with that? My music is not that boring that it should make my speaker cry....

All I can think of is that with living in the TT here in freezing temps for nearly a month, that the moist air in here has collected up there. I have not got anything open for ventilation, aside from opening the FF in the bathroom when I use the shower, if I can. It is frozen shut most of the time.

But why only one speaker?

This was about a week ago, it happened the one time and has not happened since.

Got me scratching my head.

Things that make you go hmmmmmmmmm........

Well you clearly have a leak somewhere.. Candidates include the air conditioner if it's nearby and the roof,

    Now here is the rub.

Roof leaks can be several feet from where they drip down inside the house. Be it a stick and brick, or a house on wheels, they can be several feet away. Following joists, rafters, conduit and so on to a handy drip on the floor spot.
  • Hey Bob,
I thought this was supposed to be the "boring" day of camping.:W

I would bet that it is a condensation issue. If you pull the speaker, you may find a direct path to the outer skin of the TT. I'm sure you know the cure.
