Need a Bike Rack Recommendation for a Fifth Wheel

Hello everyone, I'm looking for a recommendation for a new bike rack. The one I'm currently using was purchased years ago to be used with my SUV once in a while. It now seems inadequate for the job...

I have one of those carriers that I use on the back of my 5th wheel. I use ratchet straps to secure it so it does not flop back there. I attach one end of the strap to the bicycle carrier and the other end to the end of the bumper. One on each end of the bumper to form a triangle. Seems to work pretty good.
