Need A Cheap 400w MSW Inverter?

Like it's a box, ya know. not a jigsaw puzzle. Sorta figured this out before I posted the link. Ya never know. Newegg may try to sell it without a case or printed circuit board?

That is cheap. You would dang near think some poor guy was working with a gun pointed at his head wouldn't you. I like the way it says "alarming" instead of alarm. So does it do something alarming like start a fire or does it actually tell something like low voltage? lol
