need a positive circuit solar controller
or use a DROK voltage buck booster as an intermediate step what i need is a charge controller that controls the V+ output the majority of controllers use common connection for all the Plus connect...

BTW i just measured the solar panel drain on the batteries
440ma, this did not include the power used by the 4 LEDS that are shining brightly
right now the Solar controller is nothing more than a terminal strip connecting chassis electrical to the solar panel, its a two-way circuits
