need a positive circuit solar controller
or use a DROK voltage buck booster as an intermediate step what i need is a charge controller that controls the V+ output the majority of controllers use common connection for all the Plus connect...

PWM is just a buck converter, input voltage is at panel output
out put to batteries, is at set point or as near as the amps will allow
but eventually reaches set point
at least it does with the Xantrex
now the New voltage booster is a tiny little thing,
supposed to hold set point with up to 16amps input 10amps output
anything over 10amps input, you are supposed to enhance the cooling aka FAN
but MAX input will be less than 8 amps, but i'm going to mount it on plastic stand offs, just to allow some air to the back of the board, for a little extra circulation
