It would be even better if you didn't run both rigs through a 50' extension cable and the adapters. If it's going to be a permanent set up, why not install a second 30A outlet in the box (if room, or get a bigger box)? Less chance for bad connections and tripping over long cables. If you do have all the adapters you may want to connect them, then stick them in a garbage bag to somewhat protect them from the weather, rain, etc.
