Make sure the electric water heater is off as it is easy to forget and pulls 12 amps.
No microwave, air conditioner, coffee maker, space heater etc and you are good to go.
On edit:
If the 30a service is 240v (two pole breaker feed) you can split into two 30a 120v circuits.
