Safety brake cable got hooked on my truck pulling out . How can I fix this .

It can be pushed back in. When it's pulled out your trailer brakes are applied. So get it back in quickly. If you can't then disconnect the TT's battery before any damage to the magnets occurs, or your battery dies....
