Need help with Dish to Carryout connection.

Yes, yes/no, don't know, and yes, yes. Thanks for all the responses. I was doing every thing I should have done, I even tried the carryout in several locations. I don't know exactly what I did differently but it finally worked! Interesting thing was I was only trying to determine which outside coax connection to label and which inside connection to label. What a hassle! Now we leave tomorrow for 14 days in a forest campground so I have to do it again!
